Junio terminó con un resultado primario deficitario de casi $ 700.000 millones, cifra que se amplía a $ 1,02 billones si se contabiliza el pago de intereses. Es un número que no sorprendió a los analistas, ya que sin el pago anual del Impuesto a las Ganancias (cuyo vencimiento se postergó al 27 de julio por las negociaciones de la ley de Inocencia Fiscal) el Tesoro no tenía forma de afrontar el enorme gasto estacional que representan los aguinaldos de los estatales y de las jubilaciones que paga la ANSeS.El semestre mantiene un número más chico, pero positivo. Pero para no intranquilizar a los inversores, en el mismo día en que difundió los datos del mes el Gobierno hizo aparecer a la caballería. Ayer publicó un DNU que genera un gigantesco refuerzo de partidas, gracias a un recurso extraordinario que “entró” en las cuentas: las ganancias anotadas por el Banco Central en 2025.El balance del organismo había sido aprobado a mediados de mayo. Pero recién dos meses después, el Ejecutivo ordenó las contraprestaciones a cubrir y formalizó una inyección de pesos al Tesoro de más de $ 25 billones. Según lo consignó el DNU 594, destinará $ 18 billones para cancelar Letras Intransferibles, tal como se había anunciado. Los billones restantes, sin embargo, no se sumarán al colchón: cubrirán $ 4,4 billones de gastos muy apropiados para el momento político: desde $ 1,3 billones para las universidades, $ 638.000 millones para subsidios energéticos y $ 409.000 millones para cubrir el rojo de las cajas de jubilaciones provinciales (las que no fueron transferidas a la ANSeS). Este giro lubricará negociaciones con gobernadores, desde ya.Dato final: la reforma de la Carta Orgánica del BCRA que impulsa Milei impedirá esta forma de alimentar al Tesoro. Pero hasta que no se apruebe esa ley, garantizar el superávit fiscal justifica todo.

La petrolera Vista Energy consolidó un nuevo salto de escala en Vaca Muerta durante el segundo trimestre de 2026, impulsada por la incorporación de los activos de Equinor y el crecimiento orgánico de sus áreas.La compañía de Miguel Galuccio incrementó un 32% su producción total respecto del mismo período del año pasado, elevó casi 90% sus ingresos y ratificó su posición como el mayor productor independiente y principal exportador de petróleo de la Argentina.La empresa informó una producción total de 156.000 barriles equivalentes de petróleo por día entre abril y junio, un crecimiento interanual del 32%. En tanto, la producción de petróleo alcanzó los 135.000 barriles diarios, un 33% más que un año atrás, gracias al desarrollo de sus bloques en Vaca Muerta y a la consolidación de los activos de Equinor, cuya compra se completó en mayo.En un trimestre Vista está facturando casi lo mismo que antes lograba en un semestre. La empresa tuvo ventas por u$s 1150 millones durante el trimestre, un aumento del 89% interanual, favorecida tanto por un mayor volumen de producción como por mejores precios internacionales del crudo.El EBITDA ajustado llegó a u$s 805 millones, con una suba del 99%, mientras que la utilidad neta alcanzó u$s 322 millones, un 37% superior a la del segundo trimestre de 2025 y casi tres veces la registrada en el trimestre previo.En todo 2025, su facturación había sido de u$s 2444 millones. Lo que antes juntaba en un semestre ahora lo está obteniendo en tres meses.Uno de los datos más relevantes volvió a ser el perfil exportador de la compañía. Vista despachó al exterior 8,6 millones de barriles durante el trimestre, un volumen 54% superior al de un año atrás. Las exportaciones representaron 72% del total de las ventas de petróleo, consolidando a la empresa como el mayor exportador de crudo del país desde la adquisición de los activos de Petronas en abril de 2025.En paralelo, la petrolera continuó mostrando mejoras en eficiencia. El lifting cost se ubicó en u$s 4,5 por barril equivalente, un 4% por debajo del registrado en igual período del año anterior, manteniendo uno de los costos operativos más competitivos de Vaca Muerta.Durante el trimestre, Vista destinó u$s 467 millones a inversiones, principalmente para acelerar la perforación y completación de nuevos pozos.Los nuevos resultados profundizan el crecimiento que Vista había mostrado durante 2025. Durante ese ejercicio, sus ingresos anuales totalizaron u$s 2444 millones, mientras que el EBITDA ajustado llegó a u$s 1596 millones, con un margen del 65%, y la utilidad neta alcanzó u$s 719 millones.
