Este lunes al mediodía, el presidente Javier Milei participó del Congreso Americano de la Federación Internacional del Automóvil (FIA) en Buenos Aires, que contó con la presencia del titular de la organización, Mohammed Ben Sulayem.“La Argentina cumple con todas las condiciones para volver a recibir a la Fórmula 1 y el Rally”, aseguró el mandatario durante el evento.La reunión se da en la antesala de que el Moto GP se corra en Buenos Aires en 2027 y con la expectativa de un regreso de la Fórmula 1 al autódromo Oscar y Juan Gálvez, que atraviesa una serie de obras de remodelación -y aspira a la homologación FIA grado 1- para albergar de vuelta al gran premio de la máxima categoría del automovilismo internacional.El impulso está dado por la participación del piloto argentino Franco Colapinto en la F1, que este fin sede semana anunció la extensión de su contrato con Alpine para 2027. Hay otros representantes argentinos en F2 y F3: Nicolás Varrone y el italio-argentino que optó por correr bajo la bandera de este país, Mattia Colnaghi.Este año, un road show con Colapinto reunió a 600.000 personas en Palermo. La última vez que corrió la F1 en Buenos Aires fue en 1998, con victoria de Michael Schumacher y Ferrari.“Argentina se prepara para volver a ser protagonista y soñar con el regreso de la Fórmula 1”, aseguró el secretario de Turismo, Ambiente y Deporte del Gobierno libertario, el ex candidato a Presidente por el peronismo, Daniel Scioli.“Yo no saltaría pasos, pero todo es posible. El proyecto alcanzaba en julio un avance del 60%.Cómo es la obra del autódromoSegún detalló el Gobierno porteño, la obra del nuevo Autódromo de la Ciudad ya está lista en un 60% para recibir el año que viene al MotoGP y soñar con el regreso de la Fórmula 1 a Buenos Aires después de 28 años. “Tomamos la decisión de ir por las obras que requiere la F1, que son un túnel de acceso, una horquilla más larga y una pista distinta”, sostuvo el Jefe de Gobierno, Jorge Macri. Los autos podrán alcanzar velocidades de hasta 340 kilómetros por hora.El nuevo Autódromo Oscar y Juan Gálvez tendrá capacidad para recibir a 150 mil personas por día. Si bien al principio de las obras se ideó un trazado para recibir la competencia de MotoGP, ahora se decidió avanzar y reformular el circuito para que quede listo para la Fórmula 1. La novedad del proyecto que se conoció a principio de agosto es la continuidad de la pista sobre el espacio que ocupaba el kartódromo para estirar la recta opuesta y sumar una nueva horquilla. El Gobierno porteño indicó que ya se avanza con el desarme del kartódromo, que será reubicado.“La F1 viene verificando el avance de obra de manera concreta. La exhibición de Colapinto nos ayudó muchísimo. Acá hay pasión fierrera y tenemos una gran posibilidad de que vuelva la F1”, dijo Macri sobre el circuito que recorrerá Ben Sulayem.Los trabajos están a cargo de AUSA, empezaron en enero y concluirán a fin de año. El desarrollo de este proyecto fue impulsado por la Ciudad mediante la Secretaría de Deportes junto a la empresa Tilke Engineers & Architects, fundada por el ingeniero alemán Hermann Tilke, experto en el diseño y modernización de autódromos en todo el mundo con los más altos estándares internacionales.Dentro del calendario de F1 actual, Tilke es responsable del diseño desde cero de los circuitos de Baréin, China, Abu Dabi; el de las Américas, en Austin, Estados Unidos y el callejero de Bakú en Azerbaiyán. También realizó la remodelación del circuito de Barcelona-Catalunya.La nueva configuración del circuito porteño para el MotoGP tendrá una extensión de 4,3 kilómetros y 14 curvas. La de la Fórmula 1 alcanzará los 4,87 kilómetros y contará con 15 curvas y habrá lugar para los sobrepasos. En ambos casos, la pista mantendrá un ancho mínimo de 12 metros, que se ampliará a 15 en la recta principal y a 18 en la curva 1.

Cuánto crecieron los patrimonios de Javier y Karina Milei en el último año: bienes, dólares y deudas
El presidente Javier Milei y su hermana Karina presentaron sus declaraciones juradas ante la Oficina Anticorrupción correspondientes a 2025 en las que quedaron reflejados sus movimientos patrimoniales durante el segundo año en el poder. Según las DDJJ a las que accedió El Cronista, Milei informó bienes por $ 295,2 millones al cierre de 2025, casi $ 89,1 millones más que un año antes. Su hermana, en tanto, declaró $ 35,3 millones, con un salto del 210% explicado principalmente por la nueva valuación de su departamento. Depósitos, dólares, ingresos y deudasEl patrimonio declarado por el presidente Javier Milei creció un 43% durante 2025, mientras que el de su hermana y secretaria general de la Presidencia, Karina Milei, se triplicó en el mismo período. Así se desprende de las declaraciones juradas patrimoniales integrales que ambos funcionarios presentaron ante la Oficina Anticorrupción (OA) el último jueves, en cumplimiento de la obligación anual prevista para los integrantes del Gobierno.En el caso del Presidente, el total de bienes pasó de $ 206.046.375,48 al cierre de 2024 a $ 295.182.652,87 al finalizar 2025. El incremento fue de $ 89.136.277,39, equivalente al 43,3%.Milei no había declarado deudas al término de 2024, pero cerró 2025 con una obligación de $ 586.357 con el Banco Supervielle. Por lo tanto, su patrimonio neto —una vez descontado ese pasivo— quedó en $ 294.596.295,87.La propia presentación permite dimensionar el efecto de las actualizaciones contables. El Presidente consignó una “diferencia de valuación de los mismos bienes” de $73.005.241,07. Esa suma representa alrededor del 82% del aumento bruto de su patrimonio durante el período.El principal cambio se registró en la casa de 100 metros cuadrados que posee en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires desde marzo de 2000. El inmueble estaba valuado en $ 38.419.071,20 al cierre de 2024 y pasó a estar declarado por $ 73.573.546,13 en 2025: una suba de $35.154.474,93, equivalente al 91,5%.En cambio, los dos vehículos del mandatario conservaron el mismo valor. La Mercedes-Benz Sprinter modelo 2015 continuó declarada en $20.173.600 y el Peugeot RCZ Coupé modelo 2013, en $16.254.200.Otro de los movimientos relevantes apareció en las cuentas bancarias. Una caja de ahorro en pesos pasó de $13.095.495 a $38.644.533. Al mismo tiempo, desapareció del detalle una cuenta que al cierre de 2024 tenía $7.074.524 y se incorporaron otros saldos menores. En términos agregados, los depósitos en pesos crecieron alrededor de $18,6 millones.La cantidad de dólares depositados prácticamente no cambió: Milei tenía u$s 65.542,49 al finalizar 2024 y declaró u$s 65.562,10 al cierre de 2025, apenas u$s 19,61 más. Sin embargo, su valuación en pesos saltó de $67.443.222,21 a $94.802.796,60 por el cambio en el tipo de cambio utilizado para la declaración.Lo mismo ocurrió con los u$s 20.000 en efectivo que conserva el Presidente. La cantidad declarada se mantuvo intacta, pero su equivalente en pesos pasó de $ 20,58 millones a $ 28,92 millones. También informó $ 680.000 en efectivo en moneda nacional, sin cambios respecto del año anterior.Los créditos fiscales bajaron de $19.342.309,51 a $16.874.490,83, mientras que los bienes del hogar aumentaron de $2.983.953,56 a $5.158.677,31.Durante 2025, Milei declaró ingresos netos del trabajo y de otras rentas por $ 81.806.723,92, contra los $ 92.157.396,22 informados en 2024. La caída nominal fue del 11,2%. Sus ingresos correspondientes a renta de empresas y auxiliares de comercio alcanzaron los $ 45.083.979,43, mientras que los provenientes del trabajo personal sumaron $ 48.792.217,80. En paralelo, sus gastos personales crecieron de $43.391.712,88 a $66.262.044,60, una suba del 52,7%.El salto patrimonial de Karina MileiLa secretaria general de la Presidencia declaró bienes por $ 35.312.784,57 al cierre de 2025. Un año antes había informado $11.401.021,93.La diferencia fue de $ 23.911.762,64, lo que representa un incremento nominal del 209,7%.Al descontar sus deudas, el patrimonio neto de Karina Milei pasó de $10.559.060,93 a $34.343.313,57. En este caso, el crecimiento fue todavía mayor: 225,2%.El salto se explica casi exclusivamente por la revaluación de su departamento con cochera de 150 metros cuadrados en Vicente López, adquirido en julio de 2011 y destinado a vivienda. El inmueble pasó de estar declarado por $ 3.992.825,14 a $ 28.162.492,74. La diferencia fue de $ 24.169.667,60, equivalente a un incremento del 605%.De hecho, la declaración jurada atribuye $24.394.137,87 a la diferencia de valuación de los mismos bienes, una cifra incluso superior al crecimiento total de sus activos. Esto se debe a que, paralelamente, disminuyeron otros rubros, como los créditos fiscales.Los depósitos y saldos en pesos de Karina Milei aumentaron de aproximadamente $4,4 millones a $5,9 millones. Entre las novedades aparece una cuenta de pago en un proveedor de servicios de pago (PSP) con $3.852.216. La funcionaria mantuvo $500.000 en efectivo y apenas u$s 76,69 en una caja de ahorro. Sus bienes del hogar, por otra parte, fueron revaluados de $ 25.023,47 a $ 217.610,80.Karina Milei cerró 2025 con deudas por $969.471: $909.097 con el Banco Santander y $60.374 con el ICBC. Al finalizar 2024, esas obligaciones sumaban $841.961, por lo que aumentaron un 15,1%.La secretaria general declaró ingresos netos del trabajo por $ 33.124.206,02 durante 2025, un 7,4% menos que los $35.752.225,78 del año anterior. Sus ingresos brutos por trabajo personal, antes de las deducciones generales, ascendieron a $46.592.078. Los gastos personales, en tanto, pasaron de $31.031.592,04 a $33.688.374,25.Las cifras corresponden a valores nominales declarados ante la Oficina Anticorrupción. Por esa razón, los porcentajes reflejan tanto variaciones en las tenencias como actualizaciones fiscales y cambiarias, y no representan necesariamente un incremento equivalente del patrimonio en términos reales.
